Jay Crilley
President, Chief Executive Officer
Jay Crilley is President/CEO and Co-founder of Pittsburgh Chemical Solutions. He was previously the Vice-President of Industrial Accessories Corp. IAC is an OEM supplier and EPC company serving Power and Industrial Markets. Prior to joining IAC, Jay held Vice-President Positions with Matrix, Day & Zimmermann, Novinda, and Nalco-Mobotec. Jay has also held positions with Alstom and has significant operations experience including as Plant Engineer with A/C Power at the Colver Power for nearly a decade. He has been in nearly 100 plants including Power and Industrial throughout his career. Jay is a licensed Professional Engineer and has his Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Jay served on the George Washington University School of Business Advisory Council Member – Customer Experience Program. He is a Board Member for the Power Gen Committee. He has various publications and awards and a patent in the US patent office. Jay has been a part of multiple start-ups.
Jason Wilburn
Chief Finance Officer
Jason Wilburn is the Co-founder of Pittsburgh Chemical Solutions. He was formerly the President of FOERSTER Instruments, Inc., the North American subsidiary of the FOERSTER Group. FOERSTER develops and manufactures instruments and systems for the non-destructive testing of metallic materials, metal detection, and magnetics. As President, Jason was responsible for North American operations with facilities in Pittsburgh (PA), Salem (OH), Birmingham (AL), Houston (TX) and Charlotte (NC). Prior to joining FOERSTER Jason was the VP and GM for Conco Services Industrial Business Unit. Jason has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a Master of Management and Manufacturing (M.M.M.) Degree from Pennsylvania State University. Jason has attended a number of executive education courses including topic areas of leadership, strategic planning, and negotiating. In addition to his work with FOERSTER Jason enjoys advising early-stage industrial companies (Interphase Materials, Gecko Robotics and others). Jason is a member of the Industrial Advisory Board for Penn State’s Quality and Manufacturing Management Program and has been an active board member for 12 years. He is actively involved in the Center for Positive Organizations at the Michigan Ross School of Business. Jason is also on the board of the West Virginia Manufactures Education Fund that provides manufacturing educational opportunities for students.
